Rights
- The people of Salem had the right to a better research evidence. Never serious procedures performed to obtain evidence of such practices, but almost all the allegations were based on hearsay. The judges were carried away by the religious hysteria of the Salem community, mostly formed by Puritans, who furiously demanded sentences alleged witches.
- Within the small community of Salem was a strict religious behavior, which everyone watched their neighbors and in turn was controlled by them in their words and actions. If it was not acting like or were wearing, you were considered a witch. They are entitled to better accusaciones, can not charge someone for this nonsense.
- Women were not highly valued. They needed more rights that take more into account. And when it all started, no one was with them.
- Salem Witch Trials also helped with the U.S. Bill of Rights to a speedy trials and also how you cant accuse a person without evidence which would be a violation of the American Constitution.
- The rights villagers of Salem also have is if your also accused as a witch then they would shackle people into a chair and they determine if your a witch by drowning you into the water with your body shackled to the chair and if you float up they say your a witch and hang you, but if your body is still drowned in the water then you are not considered a witch and possible or hopefully they will pull you up and you can continue your daily life but still maybe be subjected of being a witch.
